A great ambassador of our city! Dan went above and beyond with Simon and Shannon's house. He caught a huge ISC / estate snag early that would have destroyed a deal if it showed up during closing. Also, didn't allow me to panic, price reduce and take the fast sale for him when both my Mom and I were at the "just dump and move on" stage. And was great dealing with some unexpected things that showed up in the home inspection right until the final hour.
